The Nokia N93i mobile phone takes the successful N93 model and
transforms it. At first glance the two models are very similar,
but look closer and the N93i is slimmer, lighter... and smarter.
Now, some mobile handsets are 'camera phones'. The N93i is undoubtedly
a 'video camera phone'. It even looks like a camcorder when you
flip and twist the high-resolution colour screen. It'll record
in DVD-like quality, saving around 45 minutes of non-stop action
on the 1GB memory card that's included in the box (and running
for up to 90 minutes if you buy a larger card).
When you've finished your video recording, you can edit it with
Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0: Nokia will give you a full version
of this PC software with the phone. Alternatively, connect the
N93i to your TV and watch your videos on a larger screen.
As well as recording videos, the Nokia N93i will also take decent
photos. You'll find a 3.2 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics
and a 3x optical zoom. Plus there's 3G technology, email software,
a web browser, a music player and an FM radio, along with Bluetooth,
infrared and WiFi connectivity. This isn't just a camera phone.
It isn't even a mere smart phone. The Nokia N93i is more like
a mobile entertainment centre.
